•Election open to all potential 330,000 bearers of O’Reilly/Reilly name worldwide
•Candidates (Male or Female) nominated by Group or family sub-committees,
•Sub-committees submit their completed O’Reilly Candidate Application & Questionnaire Forms obtained from any of the committee members,
•If a large number of candidates, high profile Judges to establish a shortlist,
•Shortlisted Candidates interviewed by event Master of Ceremonies by public interview.
•Taoiseach elected by combination of Open vote and Judges Votes
•New Clan Taoiseach (Winner) announced
•Inauguration ceremony at Clan Banquet in Cavan on Aug 22, 2013
